TempTale is a versatile tool for monitoring temperature-sensitive supply chain shipments using several Sensitech wireless devices. Its primary purpose is to facilitate the reading and uploading of temperature data for packages in transit, ensuring the integrity of temperature-sensitive products.

Temperature Monitoring Devices

The app supports multiple devices including the TempTale BLE, GEO X, GEO Ultra, and TagAlert NFC monitors. These devices offer Bluetooth or NFC connectivity, allowing users to easily gather temperature data wirelessly. With TempTale BLE, retrieve temperature data effortlessly via Bluetooth without the need for pairing. If a cellular connection is unavailable, devices like the GEO X and GEO Ultra enable seamless real-time data uploads to the cloud through alternate methods. The app also allows NFC scanning for immediate access to data stored on TagAlert NFC and GEO Ultra monitors.

Convenience and Accessibility

Installing TempTale on your smartphone delivers immediate access to wireless monitoring. Upon activation, monitors broadcast data that can be downloaded with a simple tap. This data is then automatically uploaded to the cloud-based ColdStream Select platform, ensuring consistent data tracking. Flexible file sharing options enable easy exportation of temperature reports in PDF or TTV format, enhancing decision-making in terms of shipment acceptance or rejection.

User Modes and Alarms

The app offers Selective Access, allowing users to login using SensiWatch Platform credentials or proceed as a Guest for certain programs. Alarms configured within the monitors alert users when temperature deviations occur, visible directly on the device LCD or in the app. Through TempTale, manage up to six alarms per device to maintain strict compliance with your organization's standard operating procedures.
